Privacy policy

What we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash), the business information you enter or upload, usage and security logs, and billing records (plan, amounts, provider references — never full card numbers).

Why, and on what legal basis

To provide the service you signed up for (contract); to bill you and meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation); to secure the service and improve it with aggregated analytics (legitimate interests); and product emails you opt into (consent, withdrawable at any time).

Subprocessors

Anthropic (AI processing of the business context needed to produce your results), Paddle.com (Merchant of Record: checkout, tax and billing for most countries), PayTabs (card payments for customers in Jordan), our email provider (Resend), and our hosting, database and file-storage providers. Each processes data only on our instructions. We don't sell personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required (e.g. from the EU/UK), transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Account and business data are kept while your account is active. Deleted businesses are purged after 30 days; billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your data-protection authority. Export and deletion are self-service in Settings → Privacy.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in, and a language-preference cookie when you choose a language. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16.
